What is WFLS?Workplace and Family Life Services is an Employee Assistance Program, begun in 1994. We provide access to a counselor by phone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After talking with a counselor by phone, referrals are made for in-person counseling at a number of approved counseling offices. Employees and their dependents are eligible for three free counseling sessions per calendar year. Counseling may be continued after that, with coverage provided by the employee's insurance.
